PIP4P1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIP4P1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,017 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIP4P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PABPN1, AP4S1, and OSGEP. Each is linked with PIP4P1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIP4P1-to-partner and partner-to-PIP4P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIP4P1 versus PABPN1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIP4P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIP4P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
