PIP4P1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIP4P1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIP4P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VHL, ATM, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with PIP4P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIP4P1-to-partner and partner-to-PIP4P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VHL grouped by PIP4P1-low versus PIP4P1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIP4P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIP4P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
