Across TCGA cell cohorts, PIP4P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,160 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIP4P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of vesicle localization, Positive regulation of autophagy, and Cellular response to nutrient levels. Each is linked with PIP4P1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIP4P1-to-partner and partner-to-PIP4P1 results are reported.
