Across TCGA cell cohorts, PIP4K2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,123 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIP4K2A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are 1-phosphatidyl-1D-myo-inositol 4,5-bisphosphate biosynthetic process, 1-phosphatidyl-1D-myo-inositol 4,5-bisphosphate metabolic process, and Megakaryocyte differentiation. Each is linked with PIP4K2A in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIP4K2A-to-partner and partner-to-PIP4K2A results are reported.
