The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher PINK1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PINK1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM and ESCA are the cancer types where PINK1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
