PINK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PINK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,955 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PINK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NOP2, RPS8, and TOM1L2. Each is linked with PINK1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PINK1-to-partner and partner-to-PINK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PINK1 versus NOP2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PINK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PINK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
