Across TCGA patient cohorts, PINK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 662 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PINK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-358P, SPATA31E3P, and TRAJ34. Each is linked with PINK1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PINK1-to-partner and partner-to-PINK1 results are reported.
