Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PINK1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PINK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, EGFR, and Gab2. Each is linked with PINK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PINK1-to-partner and partner-to-PINK1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INPP4B grouped by PINK1-low versus PINK1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PINK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PINK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
