Across TCGA cell cohorts, PINK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,619 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PINK1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to hydrogen sulfide, Response to hydrogen sulfide, and Positive regulation of cristae formation. Each is linked with PINK1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PINK1-to-partner and partner-to-PINK1 results are reported.
