PINK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PINK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PINK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL3, CD300H, and KRTAP4-4. Each is linked with PINK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PINK1-to-partner and partner-to-PINK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL3 grouped by PINK1-low versus PINK1-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PINK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PINK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
