PIN4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIN4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,314 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCL8, BCL2A1, and ADGRG3. Each is linked with PIN4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIN4-to-partner and partner-to-PIN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIN4 versus CXCL8 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
