PIN4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIN4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 559 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP35, RNU6-13P, and RNU5F-4P. Each is linked with PIN4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIN4-to-partner and partner-to-PIN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP35 grouped by PIN4-low versus PIN4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
