PIN4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIN4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Gab2, Src, and VHL. Each is linked with PIN4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIN4-to-partner and partner-to-PIN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Gab2 grouped by PIN4-low versus PIN4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
