PIN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,070 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIR, RAVER1, and DNMT1. Each is linked with PIN1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIN1-to-partner and partner-to-PIN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIN1 versus TRIR in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
