Across TCGA cell cohorts, PIN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,473 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, Regulation of protein localization to chromatin, and Energy coupled proton transmembrane transport, against electrochemical gradient. Each is linked with PIN1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIN1-to-partner and partner-to-PIN1 results are reported.
