PIM3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIM3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 125 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MOGS, F2RL3, and HTR2B. Each is linked with PIM3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIM3-to-partner and partner-to-PIM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
