PIM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,745 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CD48, DOCK8, and WAS. Each is linked with PIM2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIM2-to-partner and partner-to-PIM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIM2 versus CD48 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
