PIM2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,207 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRP5L, SH3BP1, and TTC28. Each is linked with PIM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIM2-to-partner and partner-to-PIM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIM2 versus LRP5L in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.61.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
