PIM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 417 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SUMO2P2, IGHD3-9, and SPTLC1P2. Each is linked with PIM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIM2-to-partner and partner-to-PIM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SUMO2P2 grouped by PIM2-low versus PIM2-high in ESCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
