PIM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,184 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R18_S224, PPP1R18_S368, and CCN1. Each is linked with PIM1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIM1-to-partner and partner-to-PIM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIM1 versus PPP1R18_S224 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
