Across TCGA patient cohorts, PILRA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,492 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PILRA-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCGR1A, VSIG4, and FCER1G. Each is linked with PILRA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PILRA-to-partner and partner-to-PILRA results are reported.
