Across TCGA patient cohorts, PILRA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,258 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PILRA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL22P4, LINC02502, and LINC01992. Each is linked with PILRA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PILRA-to-partner and partner-to-PILRA results are reported.
