Across TCGA cell cohorts, PILRA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,825 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PILRA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of toll-like receptor signaling pathway, Activation of transmembrane receptor protein tyrosine kinase activity, and Cilium-dependent cell motility. Each is linked with PILRA in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PILRA-to-partner and partner-to-PILRA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of toll-like receptor signaling pathway grouped by PILRA-low versus PILRA-high in OESOPHAGUS.
