Across TCGA cell cohorts, PILRA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PILRA-associated genes across cancer lineages are OC90, TLE7, and PRAMEF20. Each is linked with PILRA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PILRA-to-partner and partner-to-PILRA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OC90 grouped by PILRA-low versus PILRA-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
