Across TCGA cell cohorts, PILRA mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,883 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PILRA-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAF7, IPO4, and PALB2. Each is linked with PILRA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PILRA-to-partner and partner-to-PILRA results are reported.
