Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIK3R1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIK3R1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, YAP_pS127, and FOXO3a_pS318_S321. Each is linked with PIK3R1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIK3R1-to-partner and partner-to-PIK3R1 results are reported.
