PIK3R1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PIK3R1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 156 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIK3R1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRR23A, LUZP4, and OR10A5. Each is linked with PIK3R1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIK3R1-to-partner and partner-to-PIK3R1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRR23A grouped by PIK3R1-low versus PIK3R1-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIK3R1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIK3R1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
