PIK3IP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIK3IP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,248 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIK3IP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SH3BGRL, SHMT2, and CHTF18. Each is linked with PIK3IP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIK3IP1-to-partner and partner-to-PIK3IP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIK3IP1 versus SH3BGRL in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIK3IP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIK3IP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
