PIK3IP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIK3IP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,620 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIK3IP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HLF, CDK2, and LDHA. Each is linked with PIK3IP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIK3IP1-to-partner and partner-to-PIK3IP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIK3IP1 versus HLF in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIK3IP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIK3IP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
