Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIK3IP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIK3IP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Tuberin, XBP1, and ASNS. Each is linked with PIK3IP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIK3IP1-to-partner and partner-to-PIK3IP1 results are reported.
