Across TCGA cell cohorts, PIK3IP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,745 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIK3IP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication checkpoint signaling, rRNA 5'-end processing, and Endonucleolytic cleavage to generate mature 5'-end of SSU-rRNA from (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA). Each is linked with PIK3IP1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIK3IP1-to-partner and partner-to-PIK3IP1 results are reported.
