PIK3CG

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIK3CG protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,827 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIK3CG-associated genes across cancer lineages are TLR8, IL10RA, and ARHGAP9. Each is linked with PIK3CG in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIK3CG-to-partner and partner-to-PIK3CG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIK3CG versus TLR8 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIK3CG→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIK3CG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
