The most reproducible PIK3CG-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of gene expression, epigenetic, Modulation of microtubule cytoskeleton involved in cerebral cortex radial glia guided migration, and Regulation of hemostasis. Each is linked with PIK3CG in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIK3CG-to-partner and partner-to-PIK3CG results are reported.
