Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIK3CDP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,218 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIK3CDP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mitochondrial gene expression, Positive regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process, and Ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process via the multivesicular body sorting pathway. Each is linked with PIK3CDP1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIK3CDP1-to-partner and partner-to-PIK3CDP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of mitochondrial gene expression grouped by PIK3CDP1-low versus PIK3CDP1-high in ESCA.
