Across TCGA cell cohorts, PIK3CB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,089 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIK3CB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of hypoxia-induced intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway, Negative regulation of hypoxia-induced intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway, and Phosphatidylinositol metabolic process. Each is linked with PIK3CB in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIK3CB-to-partner and partner-to-PIK3CB results are reported.
