Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PIK3CB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIK3CB-associated genes across cancer lineages are TREH, NKAIN3, and RTL4. Each is linked with PIK3CB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIK3CB-to-partner and partner-to-PIK3CB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TREH grouped by PIK3CB-low versus PIK3CB-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIK3CB→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIK3CB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
