Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIK3C2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,379 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIK3C2B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PIK3C2B_S155, ARRB1, and CNRIP1. Each is linked with PIK3C2B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIK3C2B-to-partner and partner-to-PIK3C2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIK3C2B versus PIK3C2B_S155 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIK3C2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIK3C2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
