Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIK3C2B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 79 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIK3C2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, PKC-a, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with PIK3C2B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIK3C2B-to-partner and partner-to-PIK3C2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by PIK3C2B-low versus PIK3C2B-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIK3C2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIK3C2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
