PIK3C2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIK3C2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,815 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIK3C2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DOK3, RAC2, and ARPC2. Each is linked with PIK3C2A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIK3C2A-to-partner and partner-to-PIK3C2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIK3C2A versus DOK3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIK3C2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIK3C2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
