Across TCGA cell cohorts, PIK3C2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,781 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIK3C2A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Post-Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, Golgi to plasma membrane transport, and Telomere tethering at nuclear periphery. Each is linked with PIK3C2A in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIK3C2A-to-partner and partner-to-PIK3C2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Post-Golgi vesicle-mediated transport grouped by PIK3C2A-low versus PIK3C2A-high in OESOPHAGUS.
