PIH1D2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIH1D2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,353 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIH1D2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IFT74, OSCP1, and DYNC2LI1. Each is linked with PIH1D2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIH1D2-to-partner and partner-to-PIH1D2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIH1D2 versus IFT74 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIH1D2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIH1D2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
