Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIH1D2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIH1D2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BTG3P1, LYZL4, and OR51A7. Each is linked with PIH1D2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIH1D2-to-partner and partner-to-PIH1D2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BTG3P1 grouped by PIH1D2-low versus PIH1D2-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIH1D2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIH1D2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
