The most reproducible PIH1D2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to ciliary transition zone, Protein localization to cilium, and Intraciliary anterograde transport. Each is linked with PIH1D2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIH1D2-to-partner and partner-to-PIH1D2 results are reported.
