Across TCGA cell cohorts, PIH1D2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,597 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIH1D2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to ciliary transition zone, Protein localization to cilium, and Intraciliary anterograde transport. Each is linked with PIH1D2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIH1D2-to-partner and partner-to-PIH1D2 results are reported.
