PIGZ

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGZ RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,996 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIGZ-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CASP4, MELTF, and NAGK. Each is linked with PIGZ in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGZ-to-partner and partner-to-PIGZ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIGZ versus CASP4 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIGZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIGZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
