Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGX protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,148 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIGX-associated genes across cancer lineages are LY86, CCR2, and CD180. Each is linked with PIGX in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGX-to-partner and partner-to-PIGX results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIGX versus LY86 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIGX→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIGX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
