PIGX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIGX-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC00265-3P, CXCR5, and SERPINA9. Each is linked with PIGX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGX-to-partner and partner-to-PIGX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC00265-3P grouped by PIGX-low versus PIGX-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIGX→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIGX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
