PIGW

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGW RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,868 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIGW-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KPNA2, LIG3, and MCM3. Each is linked with PIGW in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGW-to-partner and partner-to-PIGW results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIGW versus KPNA2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIGW→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIGW) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
