Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGW mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 641 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIGW-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR378E, MIR6803, and PRAMEF13. Each is linked with PIGW in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGW-to-partner and partner-to-PIGW results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR378E grouped by PIGW-low versus PIGW-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIGW→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIGW) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
