Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGV mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,841 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIGV-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLR2J2, RNU6-748P, and MIR561. Each is linked with PIGV in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGV-to-partner and partner-to-PIGV results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POLR2J2 grouped by PIGV-low versus PIGV-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIGV→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIGV) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
