Across TCGA cell cohorts, PIGV mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIGV-associated genes across cancer lineages are GFRA4. Each is linked with PIGV in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGV-to-partner and partner-to-PIGV results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GFRA4 grouped by PIGV-low versus PIGV-high in BREAST.
